At ScanBulk, we take pride in our seamless and efficient process for handling KYC requirements. Our process is designed to ensure that your KYC requirements are met with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
- Our process starts with scanning the forms received from you. We then filter the master records to check if the CKYC process has already been completed for a customer ID. If yes, we push the remainder customer records to CERSAI's portal to check if a CKYC ID has already been generated.
- For the remaining records for which a CKYC ID does not exist, we process them in our solution to identify the photo, POA, and POI automatically. We then begin the data entry process for each record. Depending on the scanned application form, we either import the required data entry from the Institution Master or manually perform data entry.
- To ensure compliance with CERSAI's guidelines, we quality-check each record to ensure that each image scanned and cropped is as per their guidelines. We also check the data entry done for each record. In case a record fails to meet the QC norms, we send it back for rescanning or data entry.
- Once we approve the records processed for batch upload, our system generates flat files and zip files as per the guidelines provided by CERSAI. We then apply a digital signature on the day's batch and push the ready files to CERSAI's SFTP location.
